  9. I just want to say you have saved me! I am entering a nursing program after 3.5 years off from school… Needless to say, my math is rusty and we have to know dosage on day 1.   12. I love this method and am learning it for the first time with this video, but Iโ€™m curious why you do the extra step of using Tbsp when going between oz and mL. Like why multiply x 2 x 15 when you could just multiply x 30? Is there a reason for doing it this way?

  15. can you please cover nursing conversions for the metric system, how to do dosage by weight, powdered medications and reconstitutions? what arre some tricks for remembering the metric systems and equivalents of everything? setting the problem up isnt that hard but remembering all of that is difficult. is there a way to know the metic system without memorizing all of the values?

    I really need help! I struggle with math ๐Ÿ™ with remembering the metric table and household measurements. Do you know of any helpful tips I can use to remember? It's so much to remember and I don't know what to do. I made flashcards and that doesn't work watched videos, looked at my book. Can you help me please.
